Abstract
In this final Part V, we bring together a panel of experts to tackle a hypothetical case study that embodies many, if not all, of the primary challenges facing healthcare organizations today. This is where theory meets practice, and where the reader has a chance to observe how these experts go about solving today’s real-world problems. We begin with a detailed presentation of the facts and issues and then move on to identify and choose among the alternative possible solutions.
