Abstract

Vasculogenic erectile dysfunction can be corrected, and the options include penile revascularization surgery, crural ligation surgery for the treatment of focal veno-occlusive dysfunction, and the development of pharmacologic and biologic neovascularization agents. During the past several decades, numerous reports in the literature have attempted to detail refinements in all of these techniques.
