Abstract
The resistence or dependence to steroids in Nephrotic Syndrome (NS) is a frequent clinical situation. In these cases, the persistence of NS after therapy or the appearence of steroid toxicity after repeated courses of prednisone makes unsatisfactory this therapeutic modality.
