Abstract

The propagation of a field with complex statistics (having squeezed, coherent and chaotic features), in a linear directional and in a linear contradirectional coupler is considered. Statistics of the propagating field is studied. The squeezing properties of the field are analyzed in the frame of principal squeezing.
