Abstract

However good your presentation may be, there comes a point at which your prospective customer must make a decision — to buy or not to buy. This is the toughest part of any presentation: when the presenter is faced with actually clinching the deal. The discussion stage is over, the points made and the question answered — now your want a signature onthe order form or contract.
