Abstract
A study was undertaken to determine the effect of uterine depth, age of the female partner, the number of cleaved embryos transferred into the woman’s uterus, and the periovulatory endocrine environment (as judged by the pre-post egg retrieval drop in plasma estradiol concentration), on clinical pregnancy rates following in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF/ET).
