Abstract
A discussion of artificial insemination using the husband’s semen logically follows the chapters on the treatment of the male factor and the cervical factor. Husband insemination is one method of treating oligospermia, faulty sperm delivery, the “hostile cervix” that does not respond to hormonal or antibiotic therapy, and an unexplained poor postcoital test.
