Study on a Design Method of Magnetically Shielded Room Using Models

Abstract

Three 1/10 scale models were constructed and used in tests to estimate at the design stage the effectiveness of magnetically shielded rooms. In order to confirm the accuracy of the tests on a permalloy model, the results of these tests were compared with measurements taken from the completed room.
