Abstract

None of the Quality implementation actions will have more broadscale impact or be more important to the entire organization than Quality training. The objective of Quality training is to make our entire organization, and every person in it, functionally literate on Quality and Quality Improvement. Strategically, we will accomplish this by conducting training that provides the organization with a common objective, vision and language of Quality.
