Abstract
Gerhard Wagner - Let us go onto the last part of this session. It is a round table discussion which is entitled “Structural Refinement and Dynamics”. Dr. Rao has asked me to moderate this session. I told him I have very little to say on this topic and then he asked me at least if I could moderate it. As a consequence, we sat together yesterday night and today at noon and planned a little as to how to organize this. We agreed that we have about five minute statements from the panel members about points that might be relevant to the topics of this discussion and after that we will have a general discussion. The panel members may wish to ask some questions and everybody from the audience is invited to ask questions and contribute to this discussion.
