Abstract
The concept of Web-based planning is introduced as the next step in the evolution of Decision Support. The development of one Web-based planning service provider, PricewaterhouseCoopers (through pwcdecision. com), is discussed with specific case studies. Brief technical details are provided outlining the infrastructure in place for delivering their online services.
