Abstract
In this chapter the theory of nuclear reactions will be applied to special reactions, and a comparison will be made between experimental results and theoretical predictions. The broad, general features of different reaction types will be emphasized, and no attempt will be made to include detailed effects which depend on special properties of individual nuclei.
