Abstract
Pheochromocytoma is perhaps the most fascinating of all tumors. Its clinical expressions, often dramatic and explosive, are so variable that it has rightly earned the title of the “Great Mimic” (215). The manifestations of this neoplastic endocrinopathy and its associated disorders are almost endless. It is equally perplexing that the pathologist is unable to differentiate histologically whether a pheochromocytoma is benign or malignant.
