Abstract
The most natural and interesting characteristics of the status of queueing systems are of the following two types:
-
1)
The waiting times until service of requests the numbers of which generate some (possibly random) increasing sequence.
-
2)
The queue lengths at instants of time which generate some unbounded increasing sequence.
