Part of the book series: Residue Reviews ((RECT,volume 53))

Abstract

The purpose of this review is to discuss the biological activity of some new organophosphorus nematicides. Structure-activity relationships are given for several N-substituted phosphoramidates, and further biological studies are presented for the most active compound, typical of this series of phosphoramidates and its major metabolites. The chemistry and metabolism of the biologically active compounds are discussed in relation to their nematicidal activity.
