Capricornis crispus (Japanese serow)

Abstract

Skin biopsies from two males and one female gave comparable findings. They were made available by Mr. T. Ito, Japanese Serow Center, Gozaisho Mountain, Japan. One related species, C. sumatraensis is reported to have 46 chromosomes (2).
