Rattus nitidus (Himalayan rat)
Among the biarmed chromosomes, one pair, the subtelocentric pair, is considerably longer than others. Most of the small biarmed chromosomes have the two arms more or less equal in length with the exception of one pair which is distinctly submetacentric.
