Airway Management with the Esophageal Pharyngeal Airway

Abstract

This preliminary communication will describe fabrication of an esophageal-pharyngeal airway (EPA), compare it with the esophageal obturator airway (EOA), and present clinical experience in 83 anesthetized surgical patients.
