Abstract
I would like to review what has happened over the past 15 years pertaining to cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), particularly from the legal standpoint. I have served as a consultant to the CPR Committee of the American Heart Association (AHA) and in participating in the legal considerations evolving around CPR, I feel that I, too, have contributed to the saving of lives.
