Abstract
The entire gradient modeling fire and resource management package is executed by a single FORTRAN IV G1 mainline program and its 24 FORTRAN IV G1 subroutines. The source program is part of an integrated package that includes data files, Job Control Language, and Command Lists and it is operational on the Boeing Computer Services IBM 370/168 VS digital computer system located in McLean, Virginia. The package is designed for interactive operation from a remote low-speed terminal located at Glacier National Park headquarters, but it may be run in a batch environment if desired. The following discussion is abridged from the model’s Systems Manual (Kessell 1976d).
