Abstract
This chapter describes the structure of the simulation models CAPS and MEDECS, explains how data from earlier chapters and from the literature were used in the models, and shows the validity of using the simulation models to calculate resource utilization at Echo Valley in southern California and Fundo Santa Laura in central Chile.
