Abstract
Diseases are sometimes grouped solely on the basis of morphology, in which case many seemingly unrelated disorders are thrown together. For the most part, the diseases discussed in this and the next chapter fall into this category. They are papulosquamous or bullous (Chapter 16) in nature, idiopathic, and difficult to otherwise group.
