Abstract

This presentation summarizes two of our recent lines of research on antigen presentation by macrophages. The first deals with the issue of antigen processing, the second with the role of interleukin-1. Recently published papers have dealt with these two issues (1, 2, 3). The reader is referred to them for full presentation of the data, discussion, and references.
