Expression of Antigens Present on Hematopoietic Progenitor Cells by Cells of Certain Hematopoietic Lineages
Utilizing non-lymphoid cell lines as immunogens, a series of monoclonal antibodies have been established and shown to have selective reactivities to non-lymphoid cells. Two of them (K 15.1.9 and H 8.4.5) have been studied more extensively. They have been found to exhibit differing reactivities to CFU-GM and BFU-E progenitor cells as well as to more mature hematopoietic cells. This report describes our investigation with these two antibodies.
