Abstract

The idea for a symposium on “The New Frontiers at the Crossing Between Physical and Life Sciences” comes at a time when we are facing an entirely new situation in so far as these topics are concerned. I will focus my discussion here on the problem of the origins of life as it may be thought about using some newer conceptual tools of physics.
