Plasmid Stabilization in Drosophila Cells Expressing EBNA1

Abstract

A Drosophila melanogaster cell line, D1/EBNA which constitutively expresses EBNAl was established by cotransfecting D1 cells with a cosmid clone which includes EBV BamHI K (pl3) and the selectable marker, CV2gpt (1).
