Abstract
Table 8.1 displays data from 200 “patients” that were generated from a random model on the computer. The patients are divided into 10 “clinics” with 20 patients each. They are also subdivided into four “severity” classes at baseline. Finally, they are divided into “smokers” and “nonsmokers.”
