In this section we shall discuss rigorous bounds for the critical exponent α sing , which is defined by the scaling relation
$$ {{c}_{N}}(0,x) \sim const.{{\mu }^{N}}{{N}^{{{{\alpha }_{{sing}}} - 2}}}for fixed nonzero x. $$
