Abstract
The clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is now usually based on the use of structured diagnostic criteria. Although that is an essential step in the standardization of AD clinical diagnosis, differences in the observation and interpretation of findings may affect the reliability of the diagnostic instrument.
