Abstract

The C2/PstI system defines the two polymorphic fragments (Table 1 and Fig. 1). The largest fragment of 12.31 kb was much more frequent among the 72 core cell lines that the other fragment of 11.65 kb. The banding patterns of the C2/PstI system are shown in Table 2.
