Abstract
In this section we shall study the relationship between Kuznetsov measures and the energy functional and the balayage operation. As in §6, throughout this section we suppose that (6.2) is in force. The right process X is always realized on the Ω defined below (6.5). We begin by expressing the energy functional in terms of the Kuznetsov measure.
