Isolation of an Adenosine Binding Protein Which Has Properties Expected of the A1 Adenosine Receptor

Abstract

Affinity chromatography has been used to isolate an adenosine-binding protein in pure form with a molecular weight of 35K. The protein has properties consistent with its being the A1 adenosine receptor or part of this receptor.
