Abstract

We have learned a great deal from the neutrino observations[l,2] of the stellar collapse SN1987A in the LMC. In particular we have a much better idea about the time structure, energy spectrum and neutrino content of a stellar collapse neutrino burst. These factors can be taken into account in the design of future experiments.
