Abstract

The observations in the ultraviolet(IUE), the near infrared(speckle interferometry), and the soft X-ray(Ginga) of SN1987A suggest circumstellar shells(CSSs) exist. The shells have been formed when the fast blue supergiant wind sweeps the red supergiant wind.
