Abstract
Spinal shock is one of the most demonstrative functional disturbances in the activity of the spinal cord in an acute period. Accurate electrophysiological diagnosis made it possible not only to control the development of spinal shock, but the dynamics of withdrawal from it as well, although pathophysiological mechanisms of this complex process remain obscure.
