Abstract

This chapter continues the discussion of macro-related concepts. In particular we will look into conditionals and recursive macros. Also the idea of environments will be discussed and a brief overview of TEX’s modes will be provided (modes actually have nothing to do with macro expansion, but they had to be discussed somewhere).
