Part of the book series: Ecological Studies ((ECOLSTUD,volume 104))

Abstract

In all the experimental plots of the B-2 experiment a 4m2 large sample plot was located systematically in the NW corner of the treatment plot. The cover of each plant species in the sample plot was estimated visually to the nearest whole percent. Nomenclature follows Lid (1985) for vascular plants, Smith (1980) and Grolle (1976) for mosses, and Krog et al. (1980) for lichens, except that Cladina is seperated from Cladonia as a genus.
