This chapter contains various tricks that distinguish a quality WWW site from the hoi polloi. We begin with a look at incorporating images, sounds, and video into documents: choosing a format, storing documents compactly, and using documents effectively. We then examine server-side includes, a server feature that incorporates various data into documents — possibly calling scripts — as they are served. We conclude with packages that create an index of the documents at a site, allowing keyword searches that retrieve a list of relevant links.
