Abstract
Spermatogenesis is a complicated process involving many interesting phenomena that are biologically important, such as stem cell proliferation and differentiation, meiosis, generation of haploid genu cells, and morphogenesis of the developing sperm. To understand these processes, we have over a long period of time studied the testis from various aspects using many different analytical methods. However, there appears to be still a long way to go for us to obtain clear understanding of this mysterious organ.
