Abstract

In 1991 I was invited by the Division of Professional Relations of the American Chemical Society to participate in and give a talk at a Symposium, “Whistleblowers, Advocates, and the Law,” at their annual summer meeting. Although I could not go, Grace Horowitz (who chaired the Symposium) invited me to publish an article in a monograph containing the proceedings of this Symposium, to be published by the ACS.
