Abstract

Today’s information technology (IT) managers must contend with many difficult issues when deciding on the best approach to developing mission-critical, enterprise-wide software applications. It is more important than ever for high-performance IT organizations to develop cost-effective, quality solutions while maintaining the flexibility to compete in the dynamic, always changing world of applications development.
