If you changed the type of gasoline or oil you were putting in your car, and within the next few days the engine suddenly became loud and sluggish, what would be the first thing that crossed your mind? Pretty obvious, isn’t it? Yet why do so few people give even a passing thought to their diets when they become ill or just feel less than their best? Well, guess what? Most of us migraineurs are no different from the next person when it comes to missing the rather obvious connection between diet and well-being. We all tend to take food pretty much for granted, and what we aren’t on the lookout for, we just may fail to notice.
