Abstract

“When I got back, I was so shaken by the events in Magnolia I decided to break camp. I put all my equipment in the sidecar and headed east. I needed to get farther away from Brownsville. I rode all day long through Arkansas, finally coming to a tiny town called McMilan Corner. It was so small there wasn’t even a drugstore, but there was a general merchandise store that sold magazines.
