Abstract
“Apparently we had crossed the Mississippi south of Baton Rouge. After jumping from the train, I lay in the bushes along the track for a few minutes, then got up and followed the track toward the city. Near a mile ahead, the train stopped, and two men jumped up and into the car I had just vacated. A short time later they came back out scratching their heads.
