Abstract

Statistical decision-making theory and the theory of probabilities and mathematical statistics grew historically out of the necessity to solve problems under conditions of ambiguity and incomplete information and to analyze the observation of physical processes obeying some statistical regularities [1–5,7–10,12,13,15,19,21–23,25].
