Solutions of ODEs and Their Properties
In attempting to describe the complex reality around them, people resort tomodelsrepresenting simplified but useful mathematical descriptions of aspects related to many different fields of interest: physics, economies, biology, and so on. It is very difficult to identify the main characteristics of a phenomenon, describe it in terms of mathematical variables, recognize the mathematical relations among these, and finally verify if the expectations of the model agree with the observations. Solving these difficult problems is the main goal of mathematical modeling of nature.
