Part of the Progress in Nonlinear Differential Equations and Their Applications book series (PNLDE, volume 53)

After Part I, where we recalled our earlier results and constructions in great detail, there is the need, before providing in the next sections the proofs of the results which are central to this work, to recall in general terms the contents of these results, stated in Theorems 1–6 and Propositions 1–6 ofthe introduction. There is also the need to indicate how these statements are established in the next sections and to indicate the content of these sections. This is the reason why we have created this short Part II in this work.
