Abstract
To integrate spin into our Lagrangian relativistic field theory, we used methods developed by D. Hestenes and other authors based on application of spacetime algebra (STA), that is, the Clifford algebra of the Minkowski vector space. To describe a charge with spin 1/2, we write a spinorial version of the nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation. The nonlinearity facilitates existence of a localized solution which describes a resting charge. When the nonlinearity is set to zero, the field equation for the charge turns int Dirac equation squared.
