Abstract

Clinical: Accounts for nearly 10–20 % of all pemphigus cases. It presents typically during midlife as recurrent crops of easily ruptured vesicles or pustules involving the head, neck and upper trunk, rarely involving mucosal membranes (often due to unaffected residual presence of desmoglein 3).
