Abstract
Over the last two decades, one had witnessed the increasing importance and global impact of the Asian economy. It is believed that the share of the world economic growth held by the Asia-Pacific region is likely to keep advancing, enhancing Asia’s role as a world economic engine in the future [70]. Besides some developed markets like Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore, several important emerging markets in developing countries, where increasingly open economy and high growth expectations are presented, are worth studying.
